TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By ordering from this website you (“Customer”) enter into this Agreement with A Better Quilt, Inc. (Seller). The following Terms and Conditions apply to all sales:

 1. All items on this site are consignment items. All descriptions are provided by the individual submitting the item to the Seller for sale. Seller makes no guarantee or representation as to the fitness of the item for any use, any materials, or condition.

2. No orders are shipped unless paid in full.

3. All orders become final 5 days after date of delivery to the shipping address provided by customer. Delivery date is the date signature for delivery is made according to records of the United States Postal Service (USPS). No returns, refunds, or adjustments of any kind will be made after 5 days.

4. We will accept returns and issue a full refund subject to the following return policy:

 

5. Return Policy

  1. A Return Authorization is required for all returns.
  2. Return Authorization may obtained by emailing a request to info@abetterquilt.com
  3. All Return Authorization requests must be made within 5 days of when quilts are delivered. Delivery date is the date signature for delivery is made according to records of the United States Postal Service (USPS).
  4. Items must be returned via USPS Priority Mail and postmarked within 2 days of Return Authorization date. USPS tracking number must be emailed to info@abetterquilt.com

  1. Item must be returned in its original condition. The buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Do not launder, dry clean, iron or press, or perform any other action on quilt. Doing so will void this return policy.
  2. Items must be returned in original packaging.
  3. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost on all returns. It is recommended item be insured for its full value.
